Most of our work starts with Rapid Tooling and we take pride in alleviating pressure from teams that are in tight spots due to their timeline.
Maintaining all levels of design and production under one roof allows us to keep our timelines as tight as possible; However, we are able to utilize our network of overseas and domestic manufacturing partners to either reduce that timeline further or support our clients at a higher scale than our capacity would allow.

Thanks to our proprietary insert-molding process, we can swiftly produce molds, often within days rather than weeks—though this timeline is subject to the complexity of the geometry involved. In our most demanding scenarios, we've successfully designed, manufactured, and sampled a mold in as little as one day, showcasing our unparalleled efficiency under tight deadlines.

We boast extensive expertise in the development of over-molds, whether they entail integrating another plastic base component that we've manufactured, such as an ABS base with a TPE over-molded feature, or incorporating a base supplied by the customer. Whatever the requirement, we are fully equipped to tackle the challenge with precision and proficiency.
